I'm finding it hard to tell the difference these days between the Police and the Health&Safety Exec. Both pursue policies that lack common sense. Why have we been led up the garden path in this way? Cui bono?<BR/><BR/>Only one in four of those registered to vote voted for the Labour Party at the last GE yet they still won and three quarters of us are being subjected to measures which are anathema to us.
