Peter (3rd left) and supportersToday saw the second appearance of super activist Peter Tierney appearing at Liverpool magistrates court on Dale Street.
So far so good with the way this case is progressing. As it stands Peter has made a plea of not guilty, which we all know within the BNP, he is innocent!! and instead opted for a Crown court trial in front of a jury of his peers.
