Do not be disappointed Mark

Unlucky Mark. Next time Kinsman. Next time.

Well it was a close run race in the Shildon Town Council by-election, with Mark Walker of the BNP losing out by just two votes to gain our first seat on the council there.

There were two seats available on the Council and Labour took them both with the following results. How long they keep them is a different matter.
  1. Henry Nichloson (Lab) polled 253.
  2. Theda Mary Bannister (Lab) polled 240
  3. Mark Walker (BNP) polled 239
Two votes away from a certain victory and one vote away from the toss of a coin.

Mark and his activists, the same as others of our candidates around the country not only had to contend with the other candidates but also by the smears put out by the local press and leaflets delivered illegally by "third party" state and union paid activists.

So all in all, Mark done us proud. You will make a fine Member of Parliament one day Mark. Keep going.

Councillor Nicholson of Zanu Labour, hid his fear at the growth of the BNP well, with this statement.
"It was extremely close but it doesn’t matter if it was one vote or 100 votes a win is a win and the people of Shildon have democratically elected two Labour candidates,"
Correct Councillor. A win is a win. But consider this. Marks campaign was just the first attack and it almost succeeded. The next attack will be even stronger and it will overwhelm your pathetic defences of lies and smears.

The British National Party grows stronger every day, Zanu Labour can now only survive by making deals with people who should not be even voting in Our Country.

The Labour Party are traitors and the True Brits see this (some quicker than others) and turn now to the only party that can save them. The BNP.

There will be no prison which can hold our movement down...
The walls, the bars, the guns and the guards can
never encircle or hold down the idea of the people.

Proud to be a young BNP supporter

Young BNP supporters at Sundays Remembrance Day

One hearing the news this morning, that Mark Walker had returned from his appeal, where school governors had upheld their decision to sack him for being a member of the British National Party, I realised just why "they" had done it.

The Enemies of the People, have for decades now been deliberately dumbing down our education system in order to produce (somewhat successfully) new generations of white British youngsters who they will be able to manipulate and control.

Generations of young who will have grown up knowing nothing of their Country's proud history and without the ability and skills to succeed in life. Bred to be nothing more than factory fodder that will work for slave wages just to live.

Uneducated and without the skills to rise up the ladder to political control and unaware of what is really happening to them. Controlled by an "elite" whose own children are destined to be the new masters and given the finest educations that our money can buy to be the future controllers of a slave nation.

They do not want teachers and white male role models of the caliber of Mark Walker or his brother Adam, who is also being persecuted for being a member of the British National Party.

They want uneducated and culturally ignorant teachers who simper through lessons, brainwashing our young into believing that to be proud of being white and British is wrong.

But some of our young, especially those of British National Party members and supporters are not so stupid to fall for the lies of the marxists who teach them. They have discovered that they are not alone amoungst their peers in believing that Our Country and future can be better and are getting organised themselves.

The left would have you believe that only people above a certain age support the BNP. Another marxist lie to try and prevent our young going out and discovering the truth for themselves. Check this out from The Student, the UK's oldest student paper, referring to Facebook.
There are over 100 pro-BNP groups on the site, with the largest of these, ‘Vote BNP’ boasting over 9,000 members. Another group, entitled ‘BNP is not racist (kick out muslims that r racists)’ calls for ‘muslim haters’ to ‘stand and fight’ and heralds the return of ‘White Power.’

Last year The Media Guardian reported that the five main BNP groups on Facebook counted 377 members, although individuals often join multiple groups. Student can reveal that this number has risen to over 20 000 in the space of just 12 months.
So for any of you young readers out there, living in places where you think you are alone in thinking what is being done to Our Country and your future is wrong, check out some of the following videos and images. The BNP is full of young patriotic people like yourself and you to, can be one of their big family. All you have to do is Swallow the Red Pill and discover the truth.

OK so you have swallowed the Red Pill. What happens. Well let us see what the youngsters in the following video clip have to say.

Shelley Rose. One of my friends on Facebook
I wish I could ignore what is going on in our country and bury my head in the sand like most people, but I can't and that is why I support the BNP. I feel they are the only party that has got our country's best interests at heart. Also so far I have met many like-minded people and new friends. I have been to new places around the country and feel like I am actually achieving something. Together we can put the Great back into Great Britain!. Shelley Rose, BNP
But being a member of the Young BNP is not just about politics. It is about friendship. It is also about Comradeship. Friendships and Comradeships that we all need in the dark days that are coming.

Friends and Comrades for ever

And the young people shown above, who all know how to enjoy life, are Our Future, Your future. They are our future Leaders, MPs and Cabinet Ministers but still they have time for some fun whilst attacking those who would corrupt Our Country.

So you can see, you are not alone. If you have access to the internet and you have access to Facebook, then you can make 20,000 new friends within minutes of joining. You can find friends in your area that you probably did not know felt the same way as you. Join Facebook and help make that 20,000 friends of the BNP into 50,000 and then a million. Welcome to the family. Welcome to the BNP.

You take the blue pill and the story ends. You wake in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe.
You take the red pill and you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes.

MARK WALKER LEGAL FUND

Solidarity is raising funds for a legal action. The following has just been posted on their website (www.solidaritytradeunion.org):-

"MARK WALKER LEGAL FUND

Many of you will have heard of the Mark Walker case. He is a teacher at the Sunnydale Community College in Shildon, County Durham. He is 36, a former RAF weapons technician, a popular Design and Technology Teacher, a husband and father. He and his family have now been hit by a body-blow!

He has been suspended from his job since March, allegedly due to misusing school computers whilst at work, but our Union believes his real "crime" was standing as a candidate for the British National Party. Mark has fallen foul of political correctness.

Our Trades Union Solidarity welcomes all members whatever their political background and takes a hard line against political discrimination. Freedom of Association and Expression and the right to earn a livelihood, regardless of political affiliation, are things we value. Our Union is vigourously defending Brother Mark.

Beyond all the pickets, petitions and letters condemning this persecution it looks likely that the Union will have to support and fund legal action to protect Mark's rights.

How can you help?

Well if you believe in Free Speech, Freedom of Association and a mans (or woman’s) democratic right to a livelihood then please send a donation.

We all know that Legal costs can run into many thousands of pounds and there is no guarantee of success but we believe that injustice must be challenged.

Do you wish those opposed to freedom to win without even a fight?

Trade Unions supporting New Labour have already been given the green light to ban membership from individuals belonging to parties they don't like. This was one of the reasons for the formation of Solidarity; to enable workers to protect their employment rights without fear of discrimination on grounds of political belief.

This time we need to do our utmost to protect Mark.

We urge you to send as much as you can afford. If you are a member of an association ask your local Branch to send a small donation. Consider making a collection and sending it in. Our website will chart the its progress. Please help us to protect you. One day they might come for you. Let us take the battle for freedom and democratic rights to them, first!

Use the PayPal link on their page to contribute by credit or debit card or send your donation by post to: Solidarity Trade Union , PO Box 93, Spennymoor DL16 9AN.

petition to sack Head teacher Sue Byrne

I received the following on the Green Arrow blog. I think it is an excellent idea and not just because of her persecution of a BNP member but because she is rubbish at her job.

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "Reinstate Mark Walker Petition":

There is also a petition to sack the Head teacher Sue Byrne. She is the one who has been persecuting Mark Walker. I don't usually like calling for anyone to be sacked but I have signed it

You can sign it here. Don't forget to click the privacy box for you email to remain private.

I've looked at the exam results at the school under her leadership and they are dire. This combined with the poor judgement and lack of management skills in the Mark Walker case have convinced me that Sunnydale deserves better. It is a poor community with social difficulties and needs a Head with drive and vision who can engage the support of local people. She is busy alienating them. She has to go.

Online petition in support of Mark Walker

An online petition has been started in support of BNP member Mark Walker. Mark has been suspended on full-pay from his job as a teacher at Sunnydale Community College since March. Ostensibly allegations concern unauthorised use of the Internet but there are also political undertones relating to his membership of our Party. Under pressure Headteacher Sue Byrne is now denying any political motivation. Sue Byrne is clearly worried for her own job and shocked at the public condemnation of her actions but the facts are against her. The text reads as follows:-

"To: Board of Governors Sunnydale Community College

We the undersigned support the right of Mark Walker to join and stand for public office as a member of any lawfully-constituted political party he chooses without it affecting his professional status as a teacher or his employment in Sunnydale Community College. Free speech and Freedom of Association are two of the cornerstones of our democratic society and must be supported without reservation.

We fear that his current suspension from work is politically-motivated rather than as a result of any minor offence he may have committed. We call upon the Board of Governors to reinstate Mr Walker to his position as a teacher in the school as we believe that the stresses and strains in the months since his suspension have been punishment enough for this dedicated and popular teacher. To avoid any suggestion of partiality, we further call upon the Board of Governors to set out staff internet access rights clearly in writing and in a specific school policy to allow for no doubt as to what it is permissible to browse and when; to obtain express consent from staff regarding monitoring of emails and internet use and to be consistent in the application of disciplinary action for all staff. We call for them to work with Solidarity Union representatives to reach an amicable and harmonious settlement of this long-running and acrimonious case.

Sincerely,"

Reinstate Mark Walker Petition

A poster has made the following comment and I think it worth using it as an header in this post. These are dangerous times for employees. Take heed.

Solidarity has acted in a very reasonable way. It has simply argued the case for Mark and protested in a peaceable, law-abiding fashion.

I was sad to read that members of Unison were sacked recently for looking at Ebay at work. It is part of a worrying trend. Employers do nothing to block sites then discipline people for looking at them! Often their rules are not applied generally but only against those whose face doesn't fit. The Solidarity leadership has issued advice to its members not to use the Internet during working time for any personal purpose. I think that we should all be aware that Internet use at work will be monitored and logged. Don't hand your employer the excuse to try to sack you!

I'm sure that our Union will fight tooth and nail for Mark but prevention is better than cure!

OK? Point taken? Good. Now what can we do to support Mark? For a start just go over here and add your name to the petition for his reinstatement.

Would all fellow bloggers please carry the petition link. Thank you.

Solidarity demonstration images

Mark Walker. Persecuted because of his patriotism

As reported in previous posts, the independent and patriotic trade union Solidarity, organised a peaceful protest on September 3rd, outside the school gates of Sunnydale College in support of ex-serviceman and respected teacher, Mr Mark Walker who has been suspended because of his political believes. Mark had the temerity to stand as a candidate for the British National Party.

Parents and students all agree that Mark is the best teacher in the school

The shameful TUC and other sites have been reporting how this demonstration intimidated people and children and prevented the planned meeting between Mark Walker, Patrick Harrington of Solidarity and school representatives taking place. You can see from the images below, the truth and you can read the report on the meeting here.

Solidarity. Speaking out for the rights of the British Workers

Up until now, the True Brits of this country have had to quietly fume as their so called trade unions done and said nothing as their jobs were either sold overseas or taken by immigrants brought in to take the food out of their children's mouths. Now the British Worker has a real patriotic trade union to reprent him or her, no matter their occupation. Solidarity.

Flowers for Mark from a well wisher

Finally a real choice. But it is still yours to make. Join a real trade union or stay and wait for your job to be taken.

Solidarity showing its teeth - Update

The following is a report received at the Green Arrow, with regards to the political persecution of teacher and ex-serviceman, Mr Mark Walker for his political affiliations to the British National Party. It makes for depressing reading and shows just what Solidarity, the only patriotic trade union is up against in its fight for justice and Mark....................

Following a call by the campaign group Civil Liberty with backing from Solidarity, the British Workers' Union; Mark Walker's supporters began to gather outside the gates of the Sunnydale school from 8:00am.

The popular teacher, who has taught in Sunnydale for the past twelve years, attracted support from local parents and pupils at the school. As this was the first day of the new term, only the new intake of year seven pupils came to school at ten o'clock.

The demonstration was deliberately kept low key. It was a Monday morning and many other potential supporters were at work. Twenty supporters turned up around 8:00am. As the morning progressed, the number of supporters grew to approximately one hundred.

The local police kept a low profile. Two constables kept a professional but relaxed eye on the proceedings. As the numbers of supporters grew, another two constables turned up. At the police's request, Mark's supporters quietened down around 10:00am when the new intake of first year pupils began to arrive. Naturally Civil Liberty and Solidarity were happy to co-operate with reasonable requests from the police.

Mark Walker's meeting with the School Head, Sue Byrne, was scheduled to begin at one o'clock. As Mark Walker and his union representative, Patrick Harrington arrived at the school gates a big cheer rose from the crowd. There were backslaps for Mark and Patrick as they were greeted by a noisy chorus of whistles, airhorns, bells and personal alarms. Three cheers were called for Mark to unanimous approval from the crowd. He was presented with a bouquet of flowers from a well-wisher in he crowd.

Mark Walker spoke through a megaphone to thank everyone gathered there for their magnificent support. Patrick Harrington told the crowd that he hoped for an amicable solution. The school's function was to educate the community and improve its results. He and Mark were going into the meeting with Ms Byrne in a hopeful mood.

After an unexplained delay and a brusque reception the two men were ushered in to a meeting with Sue Byrne and the head of Mark's Design and Technology Department. At the outset Patrick Harrington questioned Ms Byrne's impartiality in dealing with Mark Walker's case as he had launched a grievance procedure against her for her handling of his case. He urged her to delegate her role in this meeting to another senior member of staff given the conflict of interest and likelihood of prejudicing the case in hand. Her only response was 'Why should I?' The meeting then went ahead under Ms Byrne.

The Solidarity union representative gave Ms Byrne a list of twenty questions which she said she would answer at the end of the meeting. She wanted to press ahead with her own points first.
Ms Byrne then produced a series of documents that that not previously been disclosed to Mark or his Solidarity union representative prior to the meeting. She raised new points unrelated to the allegations that Mark and his representative had been notified of and had come prepared to answer. Patrick Harrington accused her of underhand ambush tactics. Ms Byrne had gone outside recognised procedure. He advised Mark not to answer any questions raised on these newly produced issues..

Patrick raised his concerns to Ms Byrne regarding Mark's mental wellbeing given the severe stress that she had pub him under. She sat stoney-faced in the face of this appeal to her better nature.

Patrick accused her of having a lack of respect for Mark's union, Solidarity. She went into a long diversion telling the two men that they should not speak to the press. This was rich, given that she had herself spoken to the local Sunday Sun the previous day. Patrick told there that he would speak to whoever he liked without seeking permission from Ms Byrne as was his right under Article 10 of the European Convention of Human Rights.

She had permitted a meeting to take place on the school premises to call for Mark Walker to be sacked. She had allowed a rumour mill to get under way with a number of false allegations against Mark Walker. She had been quoted in the previous day's Sunday Sun that it was 'utterly false' to suggest that Mark was being picked on because of his political affiliations. Nevertheless she had questioned Mark about his candidacy for the British National Party in the last local government election. At this meeting Patrick noticed that she had a copy of Mark's BNP election address in the file on the desk in front of her.

Ms Byrne then cut the meeting short by announcing that she had made a decision. She would refer the case to the School governors. She would be recommending that the governors take disciplinary action against Mark Walker for 'gross misconduct' (a sacking offence). The union representative asked her if this meant that the meeting was over if she had made a decision.

Patrick reminded Ms Byrne that she had not answered his questions and representations prior to making this decision. She offered to answer them at this late stage but Patrick told her that this was farcical. It was too late now as she had already announced her decision. He asked, 'What kind of a process is this we're involved in?'

The two men left the meeting in disgust at this arrogant demonstration of high-handedness and pettiness.

An example. Mark Walker had been given a bouquet of flowers by a well wisher as he entered the meeting. He had intended to give them to his wife later on but was so upset by Ms Byrne's pigheaded arrogant attitude that he left them behind. Did the petty Ms Byrne contact Mark to return his flowers? No she didn't. It's a small matter but it speaks volumes about this woman's mentality and attitude towards Mark Walker.

Solidarity showing its teeth

For those people stuck in unpatriotic trade unions that they are ashamed of but are not sure who they could have to represent them in a crisis, then they need look no further than Solidarity.

Solidarity is the new patriotic trade union that really does represent British Workers. Not pay lip service and cry crocodile tears, whilst British Jobs are being moved overseas like the current trade union dinosaurs.

And if you wonder would Solidarity really defend you then read the details here of how Patrick Harrington, the General Secretary of Solidarity and members of this independent trade union, along with supporters of the campaign group Civil Liberty and the BNP, have been acting in support of Mr Mark Walker(pictured), a former serviceman and currently a teacher at a County Durham school who has been suspended from his work because of his political affiliations.

Mark, managed to obtain a commendable 513 votes when he stood as a British National Party candidate for Sedgefield Borough Council in May and like all ex-serviceman is really valued within the BNP.

When asked, the BNP spokesman, Dr Phil Edwards said: "The reason he's had this action against him was because he allegedly looked at the BNP website on the school's computer.

"It is disgraceful that anyone should be suspended for looking at the website of a perfectly legal political party.

"We are certain this action would not have been taken against someone who had looked at the websites of the Commission for Racial Equality or the Green Party.
"

Sue Byrne, the school's head teacher, said that the claims of political persecution were untrue.

"We are happy to state categorically that Mr Walker has not been suspended because of any political affiliations he may hold. Any suggestion that this is the case is wholly false."

And if you belief that you will belief anything.

Solidarity - Mark Walker Update

Things are hotting up in Shildon. Civil Liberty have leafleted the whole catchment area of the school. They have stalls in the local high street and are touring the area in speaker cars calling local people to support Mark Walker and demonstrate on Monday. The school is being flooded with emails, calls and post in support of Mark Walker and against political discrimination.

I urge all Nationalists to contact the Headteacher now. Even after the picket we should not let-up. All Nationalist blogs and bulletins should carry news of the case and the details of where to send protests. We must be relentless in defence of our traditional rights and freedoms! Well done to Solidarity and Civil Liberty for showing a lead!

On Monday, 3 September, Civil Liberty have called a demonstration outside Sunnydale. From 8am there will be a picket. We urge as many people who care about freedom and are opposed to this New McCarthyism to attend.

Send your letter or email now please to:

Solidarity in Action - Update

"Outrage" - that is the only word to describe the feelings of BNP supporters and members of the independent Trade Union Solidarity to the persecution of Mark Walker. We carried calls on this site for lovers of freedom to write to the Head teacher and join the protest picket called by Civil Liberty this Monday (3 September). We have been flooded with emails and calls on the subject. Not only are groups and individuals up and down the country letting their feelings be known to the head but they are sending messages of support and encouragement to Mark care of the school. One supporter wrote:-

"I think it's time to draw a line in the sand. This kind of political persecution is unacceptable in a modern democracy. It's like the Head at Sunnydale thinks she is living in Soviet Russia. I sent my message of support to Mark Walker on a postcard because I wanted everyone there to know my feelings. What's happening there is a disgrace. Don't let them grind you down Mark!"

The General Secretary of Solidarity, Pat Harrington, commented:-

"The employer in this case has acted in an arrogant, confrontational manner. Our Brotherhood is angry at the persecution on politcal grounds of a Union official. It is just plain wrong that because someone is a member of the BNP they should receive less favourable treatment than other staff. That's discrimination plain and simple. I am very concerned at the toll this has taken on Mark and his young family We welcome the involvement of Civil Liberty in championing Mark and will work with them to uphold his rights".

Solidarity and Civil Liberty in Action

Since March this year, Mark Walker has been suspended "without prejudice" on full pay from Sunnydale Community College in Shildon, County Durham. No disciplinary charges have yet been brought. Yet Mark has been subjected to a harrowing series of 'investigatory' meetings. Mark has a young family to support and much of the period coincided with his wife being pregnant. No consideration has been shown to Mark or his family.

The latest 'investigatory meeting' is scheduled for this Monday, 3 September, 2007. The reasons given for his suspension are pretexts - misuse of school computer equipment. The political purpose of the 'investigation' is clear in the line of questioning - and because only Mark (amongst all the staff) is being singled out. Partial Justice is no Justice at all. For a rule to be fair it must be applied to everyone. Mark is being targeted in this 'rotten borough' because he has had the temerity to make his distaste for New Labour and support for the BNP clear.

Mark has strong supporters. Apart from the many parents and kids who think he is a great teacher he is backed by his trade union Solidarity and the campaigning group Civil Liberty. They have vowed to move heaven and earth to defend his human and civil rights.

Pat Harrington, the General Secretary of Solidarity, said:-

"At every stage we have sought compromise and negotiation with the employer. I get the impression that orders are coming from higher up and the people I have been addressing have no real power. Our door is always open but our Union is a fighting Union. If commonsense does not prevail we are prepared to slog it out. This is a freedom issue. We work for our members."

On Monday, 3 September, Civil Liberty have called a demonstration outside Sunnydale. From 8am there will be a picket. We urge as many people who care about freedom and are opposed to this New McCarthyism to attend.

If you are unable to attend we urge you to fax, write, email or ring the Headteacher and make clear your opposition to the persecution. Contact:-
