The bird feeder.

Ask Tippi Hedren about Birds. She ought to know.

I bought a bird feeder. I hung it on my back patio and filled it with seed. What a beauty of a bird feeder it was as I filled it lovingly with seed.

Within a week we had hundreds of birds taking advantage of the continuous flow of free and easily accessible food.

But then the birds started building nests in the boards of the patio, above the table, and next to the barbecue.

Then came the shit. It was everywhere: on the patio tile, the chairs, the table...everywhere!

Then some of the birds turned agressive. They would dive bomb me and try to peck me even though I had fed them out of my own pocket.

And other birds were boisterous and loud. They sat on the feeder and squawked and screamed at all hours of the day and night and demanded that I fill it when it got low on food.

After a while, I couldn't even sit in my own back garden anymore. So I took down the bird feeder and in three days the birds were gone. I cleaned up their mess and took down the many nests they had built all over the patio.

Soon, the back yard was like it used to be ..... quiet, serene and no one demanding their rights to a free meal.

Now let's see..... our government gives out free food, subsidized housing, free medical care, and free education and allows anyone born here to be an automatic citizen.

Then the illegals came by the tens of thousands.

Suddenly our taxes went up to pay for free services; small apartments are housing 5 families; you have to wait 6 hours to be seen by an emergency room doctor; your child's class is behind other schools because over half the class doesn't speak English.

Corn Flakes now come in a bilingual box; I have to 'press one' to hear my bank talk to me in English, and people waving flags other than the Union Jack are squawking and screaming in the streets, demanding more rights and free liberties.

Just my opinion, but maybe it's time for the government to take down the bird feeder.
If you agree, pass it on; if not, continue cleaning up the shit!

There's another one of these little ditties - about rats moving into the cellar. If I come across it I'll link it for you. Let me just go root around in my files ... I might have saved it.

Found it on joshuapundit. It's a gentler version than the one I read, but it's the same story.

Rats in the Kitchen: A Parable

Once, there was a man who had to deal with rats when he had a major infestation in his home.

The rats' normal environment was apparently unable to support them all, and they began coming down from the hills looking for new digs... and decided they liked the man's house. They were perfectly happy to hunker down in the attic, garage and basement with free access to the goodies in the kitchen and pantry. And once they had moved in, they were determined to take over.

At first the problem wasn't evident. The man would see an occasional rodent scurrying around in the basement, and being a live and let live sort, it never bothered him too much.

As more and more rats began showing up, their presence became much more noticeable. The man made an effort to understand the rats and their needs. The thought even crossed the man's mind that he and his neighbors, by living in the area, owed it to the rats to try and coexist peacefully.

The man talked to a local expert on rats, who owned a pest control business. The expert warned him that he had to get rid of the rats now, and act decisively when things were at an early stage, or he would be faced with a major problem in the future. The man listened politely, but thought `well, this guy has his own agenda...after all, he makes his living scaring people about rats. I don't see it as any kind of major problem...nothing that can't be handled.'

So he tried what he thought was the most compassionate way out, taking bread and putting it out in the fields, figuring that the rats would be satisfied with that and leave. No luck..having learned to enjoy the basement and access to the goodies in the pantry and the kitchen within, they weren't content to scrounge in the fields anymore. Next he tried purchasing a number of those electronic gizmos that claim to drive rats away using high frequency sound. Not only didn't they work, but the rats became even more blatant and bold. The high-pitched electronic sound drew them like an Islamic prayer call or a rock concert.

And as the rats became more bold, they began coming into the house at will.

It was pretty obvious that they had nothing but contempt for the man's attempt to settle their differences peacefully, and that they considered his house to be their house. As the man made an effort to understand the creatures who had settled in his home, he found out about rats. They aren't interested in coexistence. They're extremely territorial and demanding, and they have no understanding or appreciation of anyone who isn't a rat, nor do they care to. Give `em a foothold, tolerate them in the least, and they'll cheerfully take over. Their agenda is surprisingly uncomplicated.

However, after a few false starts, he realized that getting rid of the rats was more complex than it seemed at first. For one thing, his kids, brainwashed by years of propaganda at the local public school and cartoons showing rats as cute cuddly creatures objected to his efforts. Why can't we just live with the rats? they said. Maybe we can keep them as pets. They have a right to live too, and they don't cause any trouble...why are you so against them? Do you have some kind of rat-phobia?

That lasted until their pet parakeet was killed by the rats in its cage, and one of the children was bitten at the breakfast table by a rat trying to get at her food.

After that, the children realized that they had been somewhat...misinformed, and they weren't so supportive of the rats anymore. And the man finally realized that if the rats had gotten that bold, it was time to take some kind of action.

The choices were to continue to ignore the problem and play host and provider to a bunch of rats, to move out, or to eliminate the rats. After all of the incidents that showed that the rats had no respect for his home or his efforts at peaceful co-existence, the man decided on elimination.

He thought about poison, but realized that trying to poison the buggers en masse would lead to unexpected consequences when they died in between the walls or in the attic and began to smell, not to mention the danger to humans or pets. There was no sense fouling his own nest. And it would do nothing to permanently solve the problem, since more would just move in, and he would be faced with the same problem all over again. No, to really finish something like that once and for all, he needed a well-planned campaign, with a rat free environmentment as the goal. He needed to make sure that the rats got the message. And he understood that he could no longer afford to be afraid to get down and dirty and do what was needed.

Oddly enough, some of the man's neighbors were highly critical of his plans to get rid of the rats. Some of them had their own problems with rats and were afraid that his efforts would just make things worse for everybody. Others felt that it was simply wrong to look at the rats as a problem or treat them in that fashion. One of them even called the local SPCA, and one of their representatives paid a visit to the man and cautioned him strongly about being cruel to the rats. "I can't force you to be humane," she said, "But I can and will issue a report about our conversation and let you know that we strongly disapprove of any proposed actions you may take, and that it's contrary to SPCA rules and standards. I can almost guarantee you a citation."

Nevertheless, the man began his campaign against the rats.

First, he started by rat-proofing the premises. This involved a sealing off of any little crevice that might have allowed the rats ingress and egress, although he left one hole open for the rats to leave through for the first couple of weeks. As well as wanting to control his territory, he was also, at heart, still compassionate and wanted to let the rodents know that they were no longer welcome and that hanging around or continuing to attempt to break in was going to be terminal..so that the more of them that left of their own accord, the less bloodshed there would need to be.

The second part, of course, involved trapping. You've maybe seen the old spring type traps. They work well, and the man found that they were best baited with peanut butter. The rats loved the taste and the smell, and its semi-solid nature stopped them from simply seizing bait like a solid piece of cheese and running off with it. Usually these traps would kill them off outright and the only job the man needed to do was remove the corpus, clean the trap, rebait and reset it (carefully...carefully..those springs are powerful enough to break a human finger easily). Obviously, he couldn't leave those traps anywhere a human or pet might stumble on one.

So for these areas, he also discovered glue traps, sold under names like `Gluey Louie'. He set these in places like the kitchen, where the rats liked to congregate to enjoy his providing for all of their needs. They consisted of a piece of paper about the size of a floor tile, impregnated with industrial glue and likewise baited with our old friend peanut butter. The rats would walk on the glue to get to the peanut butter and were stuck fast.

Of course, this didn't kill them, so it was necessary for our friend to eliminate them himself. Some jobs you just can't hire out. He became surprisingly coldblooded in a way he hadn't thought himself capable of before, especially when he thought about his peaceful efforts to solve the conflict and show understanding for the rats, the way the rats had violated his home..and the sight of his child crying in pain in the emergency room after being attacked and bitten. His weapon of choice for rat bashing was a metal steelworkers hammer. It turned out to be the perfect tool for resolving his differences with the vermin.

The interesting thing, of course, was the psychology of the rats under fire. Having gotten used to the man's home, they had even become possesive about it and regarded it as theirs, a part of their rightful territory. They refused to give up easily. Many of the rats were defiant to the end, baring teeth and attempting to be as frightening as possible. Their strategy was to use fear to try to scare the man into inaction. They would invade his and the children's bedrooms, trying to frighten and intimidate them. Once, a couple of rats leapt down at him from inside a kitchen cabinet and tried to attack and bite him.

Others were more nuanced and made an effort to seem cute and peaceable, at least as long as anyone was looking. By their demeanor, they seemed to say `See, I'm just a cute furry animal. You like your house, and I like your house. We're all part of the same big house. Just because we're trying to take over doesn't mean that you have to worry about anything. Are you just too meanspirited and unwilling to compromise?'

Needless to say, by this point, the man had finally realized he wasn't interested in a good relationship with the enemy.

The man had finally learned, after bitter experience that once you start something like this, you have to keep going until the end or lose everything. War is war. Waver in the least and the problem gets worse. There's no accommodation with rats. And there's no room for debating once you decide that you're unable to live with them. You can't `feel their pain', waste time arguing over the rights of the rodents or whether you have the right to eliminate any that invade your territory.

Not if you want your house back vermin free.

So the man stayed resolute and continued his campaign, realizing, at last, what the rats had realized long before him - that he had no option but victory. It was either him or the rats. After many bloody encounters, the rats finally were defeated.

The man's house is now peaceful, and the rats are gone, living out their rat lives back in the fields where they belong

And he's never felt a single bit of guilt about it.

(MP3 here, Play it loud, play it often)

There'll always be an England,
While there's a country lane.
Wherever there's a cottage small
Beside a field of grain
There'll always be an England
While there's a busy street.
Wherever there's a turning wheel
A million marching feet.
Red, white and blue
What does it mean to you?
Surely you're proud
Shout it loud
Britons awake!
The Empire too
We can depend on you.
Freedom remains
These are the chains
Nothing can break.

There'll always be an England
And England shall be free
If England means as much to you
As England means to me.

According to the Times, Gordon Brown is planning to create a network of London-type mayors in the “English regions” to combat Englishness and promote the Britishness agenda he has become obsessed since being parachuted into the post of Prime Minister without a mandate.

England has always been considered expendable by the Labour Party, hence their willingness to embrace the EU’s regionalisation agenda. Balkanising England suits Labour’s political agenda - England doesn’t vote Labour but enough of “the regions” probably would making it easier possible for Labour to win another election.

Its time to take our country back from the traitors who would sell our heritage to foreign powers.

The idea that every white person who desires self-determination and self-preservation is a racist, a white supremacist and a Nazi is nonsense and should flatly be rejected. The vast majority of racist violence in Western nations is by non-whites attacking whites. Consequently, if we limit immigration this is anti-racism, since we are protecting our children against racist violence. It is not about white supremacy, either, it is about equality. Whites are currently the only racial group specifically denied the opportunity to defend their countries and heritage. If we assert our right to do so we are thus fighting for equality, not supremacy.

The “Nazi” accusations so carelessly thrown out these days are completely baseless in this context. The Nazis believed that whites, and blondes in particular, had the right to colonize or eradicate others. But the policy we follow today could be dubbed reversed Nazism since it is based on the assumption that whites should have fewer rights than others and can be colonized or culturally eradicated with impunity. I don’t see why I should either be a “Nazi” or embrace and celebrate my extinction. It’s a false choice.

I suspect future historians will call this era the Age of White Masochism. The white man conquered the world and then suffered a nervous breakdown, a kind of collective neurosis shared by an entire civilization. However, I sense that this era is slowly coming to an end.

I would use two arguments as to why the current mass immigration the West should be halted:

1. Whites, too, have a right to exist. The primary duty you have as a human being is to preserve the heritage of your ancestors and pass on to your children a country they can call their own and where they can live in dignity.

2. The ongoing immigration is population dumping where less successful cultures dump their population in more successful ones. This is a form of global Communism and will generate the same effects by destroying successful communities and centers of excellence.

I believe whites in the 21st century should desire a room of our own where we can prosper, live in a major Western city without having to fear violence because of our race, and without being stripped of our heritage in order to placate people who moved to our countries out of their own free will. We have the right to preserve our heritage and are under no obligation to commit collective suicide or serve as a dumping ground for other countries. It has nothing to do with animosity towards others. For my part, I am being entirely honest if I say that I still love visiting other cultures, but I will love this even more if I know I can also return to my own.

There have been many times through history where we have had the odds against us. These were over come. We are now faced with another of those events, time has caught up with us. This time the threat is within , our children, our women and our elderly are in the front line. A new phase in our history seems to be upon us, a time of uncertainty.

Sir henry's post above was very apt, the analagy is sound.

I was just listening to this song over at lionheart.

‘No more mosques’ says Synod member

“We have only in this country as far as we know, 3.5 to four million Muslims. There are enough mosques for Muslims in this country, they don’t need anymore.

“We don’t need to have Sharia law which would come with more mosques imposed upon our nation, if we don’t watch out, that would happen. If we want to become an Islamic state, this is the way to go.

“You build a mosque and then what happens? You have Muslim people moving into that area, all the shops will then become Islamic, all the housing will then become Islamic and as the Bishop of Rochester has so wisely pointed out, that will be a no-go area for anyone else.

“They will bring in Islamic law. We cannot allow that to happen.”

Dr Michael Nazir-Ali enraged the Muslim community and received death threats against his family when he warned recently that parts of Britain had become no-go areas for non-Muslims.

The subsequent controversial speech on Islamic law by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, coincided with a concern among many of the Church’s other bishops to mollify Britain’s Muslims in the wake of Dr Nazir-Ali’s comments.

Mrs Ruoff, who comes from the same conservative wing of the church as Dr Nazir-Ali, was speaking as Islamic movement Tablighi Jamaat, a missionary group founded in India in the 1920s, continues its campaign to build a 12,000-capacity “mega mosque” in east London in time for the Olympic Games in 2012.

There has been strong opposition from critics who accuse the organisation of a separatist agenda and seeking world domination through Islam. An “anti mega-mosque” Downing Street petition was signed by more than 275,000 people last year, but also drew accusations of being racist and Islamophobic.

Mrs Ruoff, who lives in Waltham Cross, north east London, told Premier Christian Radio: “We are still a Christian country, we need to hold on to that.

“If we don’t watch out, we will become an Islamic state. It’s that serious.”

Leading Muslims hit back at the “bigoted” comments of Mrs Ruoff. Inayat Bunglawala, Assistant Secretary General of the Muslim Council of Britain, said: “These are unfortunately very bigoted and, frankly, xenophobic remarks.

“The focus of this lady on mosques and her call not to build anymore highlights her own insecurities.

“These kinds of comments you would expect to come from some one from the BNP not the church.

“There must be freedom for all communities and not just for some - I think heads of the church will be disgusted with the comments.

“The fact is that mosques have been established as well as synagogues and other places of worship in this country and it’s one of the beauties of living in Britain that we have freedom of worship.

“If you wish to build a mosque and you get approval from the local council then you have every right provided you can finance it and you have permission. All communities must be allowed to provide a place of worship.

“These kinds of remarks do not help bring together communities. I do not and cannot regard these comments as representative of the Christian community.”

A study by Premier Christian Radio claimed there are currently 47,000 Christian churches in the UK and 1,600 mosques
