The 'snopes' article suggests that the last picture shows the boy 'after' the illusion, how do we know it wasn't 'before'? He looks distressed to me. If he is acting he's a bloody good actor!

That said, I am not sure what to make of it.

It could be a trick, but coming from Muslims it makes no difference.
