Solidarity and the BNP Membership List

The following statement has been released by the independent trade union Solidarity. If you are on the Role of Honour and worried about your details being revealed to your employer, I recommend you read it and take advantage of their generous offer.

Although I will probably never need their assistance, as a member myself, I feel reassured to know that they are there should I ever need them.

For just a few pounds a month you can sleep soundly knowing that if push ever comes to shove, you will be supported and represented by a truly patriotic trade union.

Check out the link after the statement for details of membership. Now on with their statement.

19/11/2008 - BNP membership list leak

The autonomous Trade Union Solidarity is concerned by the hysteria stoked up by sections of the media over the leak of a BNP membership list.

Reports that such members were "living in fear" and that they "faced the sack from their jobs" amount to victimisation.

General Secretary of Solidarity Patrick Harrington said:-
"These individuals have the same employment and human rights as everyone else, namely not to be discriminated against. As a Trade Union we don't discriminate on political grounds and have members of different parties or nonel. We offer advice and represent them all at various levels."

"Anyone named on this list who is concerned that they may be harassed by their employer should contact us. Our Union has decided to extend immediate protection to anyone joining now without any qualification period. We will defend your rights if you encounter any difficulty. We warn Bosses that any illegal actions against a member of our Union on grounds of their political views or association will get an immediate and effective response from our Brotherhood. We believe the legal position is clear."

I'm trying to understand UK statistics on employment and wages and will post comments here for those interested.

http://www.statistics.gov.uk/statbase/TSDSelection1.asp

1971 16078
1972 16096
1973 16084

2008 Jan 16865
2008 Feb 16890
2008 Mar 16909
2008 Apr 16902
2008 May 16928
2008 Jun 16940
2008 Jul 16927
2008 Aug 16937

MGSG LFS: Economically active: UK: Male: Thousands: SA:
Seasonally adjusted
Updated on 7/11/2008

Exit Time Series Data

This is men who are economically active, its about the same in 2008 as in 1971.

Lets look at rate of economic activity by men.

MGSP LFS: Economic activity rate: UK: Male: Aged 16-64: %: SA
Seasonally adjusted

1971 16078 94.9
1972 16096 94.8
1973 16084 94.4

1982 Apr 16015 90.0

2008 Jun 16940 83.8
2008 Jul 16927 83.7
2008 Aug 16937 83.7

April 1982 is the last date it was 90 or above.

So men were economically active at almost 100 percent in 1971 and now are down to under 84 percent. So 37 years of immigration was a war on men. There are almost the same number of men absolutely with jobs, but the percentage has dropped. Immigration didn't increase the number of economically active men, it simply took away from men already in the UK and gave to those who came in.

oal. We are very interested. Can you have a look at the article on Bridgend BNP. I have the links somewhere but there is some interesting data in the article.

The nasty fascist cowards making nasty phone calls/emailing BNP members should be ashamed of themselves.
I hope everyone who receives any such calls reports them to the police and demands the culprits be prosecuted.
This is fascism. It is also a criminal offence (at the least it is harassment - if not threatening behaviour).
I have just made a donation to the BNP online to help assist any members who may need help from these fascists and enemies of freedom.

Watch the youtube video above. Even if you care nothing for the old and the infirm and vote Lab/Lib/Con then at least think of your self. One day you will be old or vulnerable or sick. Who will protect you against the immigrants when it is politically incorrect to stop the immigrants? The police/army won't help you. The public won't -that'd be racist now. If you let this carry on you will have no protection from immigrants and if you don't beleive that some immigrants will target you just cause they can then watch the video above. This is happening. This is real. This could happen to you if you do not act to stop it.

The following is probably what you mean, since it dovetails with above data.

http://bridgendbnp.blogspot.com/2008/11/credit-crunch-uk-equals-immigration.html

"The Department of Works and Pensions inform us that “81% of all jobs created in the last ten years have been filled by workers born overseas.”"

"
In April 2005 it was announced, “A study done by the Centre for Economic Performance at the London School of Economics finds that immigration is beneficial to the UK economy”.

"The evidence today suggests that this statement is either deliberate lies issued to deceive the masses or it is the product of a group out of touch with reality."

If you take the 1971 figure of 16 million males economically active, and consider the increase to 2008 roughly 1 million, then its 1/16 or about 6 percent.

The original activity rate was 94. If those had been British stock making the increase then the rate would be 100 percent.

That would mean negotiating power by workers and would mean the self employed would have much greater economic security, all moving the balance from the big bosses to the people. That's what they didn't like in 1971.

Glad you are interested. Thanks for the pointer. Its important to compare statistics from several countries. Its the same story in the US, official stats show immigration didn't help but hurt and the MSM barely acknowledge it.

The big bosses meet in Davos to be united against us, so we have to show the real numbers.

Solidarity members have been very active on blogs and forums pointing out that discrimination in employment is wrong. Here is a quote from one post that points to their legal argument being prepared:-

"Leaving aside Employment Law this seems to me to amount to interference with the exercise of their right to freedom of association under Article 11 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Further it would be difficult to argue that in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 2 of Article 11, the interference had been prescribed by law and had pursued a legitimate aim. Any member of our Union who is also in the BNP will be vigorously protected should they come under pressure from bullying employers in the same way we would a member of any other Party.

Currently only the Police and Prison Service ban members of the BNP. Such bans have yet to be properly tested by the Courts. Our Union takes the view that there are people of all political persuasions in those services yet only one viewpoint is deemed unacceptable. This is discriminatory. Only if there is actual evidence of wrongdoing should someone be subject to disciplinary procedures. Clearly there was nothing wrong with the behaviour of those listed as working as Prison Officers, policemen etc as there membership came as a shock."
