Why wasn't the killer of this man jailed?

Simple really. The killer of Donicio Arrindell (pictured) who was shot dead lived in Florida and the law there says that people have the right of “self-defense without the duty to retreat.” That means individuals can use deadly force virtually anywhere to prevent death or serious injury.

That doesn't of course stop the wishy liberals demanding that John Lovell, a former U.S. Marine and retired Delta Airline pilot be jailed for killing Arrindel and also shooting his accomplice during their attempted armed robbery at a Subway restaurant where Lovell was enjoying a coffee.

When the robber Arrindell took Lovell into the ladies restroom for probably the bullet to the back of the head, Lovell turned the tables and pulling his own legally held .45 handgun from his holster shot the armed robber dead, rushed back to the main room and shot the other would be robber.

In my opinion Lovell is a hero. What do you think? Read the details here.

Way to go John. Have a real nice day.

Only the British National Party would change the law for people caught up in the same situation as John to have the legal right to use deadly force in their defence. Join the BNP and help them change the law so you may defend yourself and family.

Looks like a nice lad-the sort that would help your elderly war hero across the road....and then mug him!.

The removal of our right to act in the same fashion is quite a recent one like the denial of our common law right to keep and bear arms. All in direct contradiction to Magna Carta and the Bill of Rights and all following treasonous compliance to edicts from Yoorup.
