On His Way Home ......

Enjoy Your Trip, Pal.

Full Story HERE

Good news this morning from their Lordships who have for once realised who they are there to protect and serve. Jacqui Smith is now able to sign the papers that will put the radical islamist cleric Abu Qatada on the next plane to Jordan. His deportation has been held up by his appeal that he won't have a particularly friendly reception when he gets there.

Perhaps he should have thought of that before opening his mouth and urging his "followers" to perform criminal acts in his name.

NEW YORK - The founder of a US television station aimed at countering stereotypes of Muslims has been arrested and charged with beheading his wife, local media reported on Monday.

Muzzammil Hassan was charged with second-degree murder of his wife, Aasiya Hassan, whose decapitated body was found on Thursday by police at the Bridges TV station in a Buffalo suburb in New York state, police told The Buffalo News.

Celtic Morning. Signing the papers is one thing, landing him in Jordan quite another. His next appeal is to the EU court so dont hold the breath. More good money after bad as we fund him to play the system. Our country should have put him on the first flight to Amman as soon as the Lords gave their verdict but we none of us expect our politicians to actually do that. Has he any relatives living here? If so, boot them out with him. I will believe all this when I see the Jordanian authorities welcome him with a one way ticket to their toughest jail. If they decide to torture or execute him, who cares? Certainly not me!

Sorry to rain on your parade guys but this creature will not be going anywhere.

There is an higher court now than the Law Lords and it is called the European Court of Human Rights to which he has now appealed.

He will still be feeding of us for a long time yet.

Only way is to get rid of this man is to get out out of the Soviet EU asap.

unfortunatly as GA and Annon stated he,s going nowhere in an hurry, the lords may as well declare the moon is made of cheese, britain is ruled from brussels and westminster is just the errand boy . until the sheeple wake up we will have no control over our own land, there are 1000s like him wandering the streets of britistan protected from extradition by the human rights charter

Human Rights? Right. Look where that gets us. Globalist Third World Empire

It took 1 hour for Geert Wilders to be deported. It's so far taken Qatada years plus will take another 2 years as his next appeal goes to the EU human rights court.

Yes he wont be going anywhere actually . Next appeal is to the European Court which again you have made the mistake of saying is an EU institution. All European nations are signatories to this court including Russia and it was set up after WW2 before the common market was even dreamt of. Its rulings are only advisory; and not obligatory although the UK seems to follow every letter for some odd reason.

Please don't take this the wrong way, and i'm not advocating violence or anything, nut, where's the michael ryan types when you need them?

I am confused; he is here illegally; he doesn't like us. Put him on the next plane out to his OWN country. What will the European Court do... ummm... they can do nothing since their role is only advisory

here you go, the EU human rights are already starting to act...."Radical preacher Abu Qatada has been awarded £2,500 in compensation by the European Court of Human Rights."

Of course they are not going to act in the interests of british security and "community" cohesion. The EU will do everything in their power to keep Qatada in the UK and probably eventually under house arrest and not in jail.
I would love to see qatada dangle from the end of a rope under a BNP government.
