Two charged over BNP members leak
Two people have been charged with breaching the Data Protection Act after a British National Party membership list was leaked on the internet.
Sadie Graham-Single, 30, who used to sit on Broxtowe Borough Council as a BNP member, and her husband Matt Single, 27, will appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on September 1.
Dyfed-Powys Police said they were arrested as part of a joint investigation with the Information Commissioner's Office.
They will appear before magistrates in Nottingham on 1 September.
The names and addresses of thousands of BNP supporters were published online last November.
Now it is payback time. I have two taped death threats and a folder full of screen images from the red shite sites that I shall make available to prosecution. I am equally prepared to be a witness for the prosecution to recite a long list of attacks on myself and family as a result of their actions.
