The wriggling Red Witch Judy Mallaber MP and the BNP

Communist protesters at last years RWB
Mallaber was careful not be seen marching under the Red Flag
She does not like people knowing she is still a communist

You might remember that in this article here, I pointed out to the communist origins of the Red Witch Judy Mallaber MP for Amber Valley where the British National Party's family festival the Red, White and Blue is being held this year.

You may also recall that several emails were posted about a disabled BNP supporters questions to Malibu Mallaber on the security being provided for people with caravans and campers now that Mallaber had managed to get Denby Council to ban the use of caravans and campers on private ground. Incidentally this is something that they will not get away with next year - I promise you that. More about that again.

Well it seems our intrepid BNP supporter was not prepared to let the matter drop and fired off a few more salvos towards the Red Cows Office in Pig Pen Parliament.

Good Guy in Blue. Red Bitch in Red.

Dear member of Parliament

In relation to the response I have recieved from Gail Dolman regarding my concerns surrounding the health and safety issues of a disabled person attending this years annual Red White and Blue festival in your constituency resulting from the local councils petty and politically motivated ban on taking caravans or camperhomes onto the site of the festival.

I find the response of raising this with my local MP totally unacceptable. on further investigation I have discovered that you personally spoke out against the BNP at last years event. Does this mean that you are putting your political views before thos of the health and safety of the general public? I look forward to your response as a matter of urgency
Regards

Thank you for your email. However would you please let us have your home address as MPs have a strict protocol not to intervene with individuals who do not live in their own area. If in fact you do not live in Amber Valley you should contact your MP.

Regards

Gail Dolman

Dear member of Parliament
In light of the fact that you refuse to answer the concerns on public safety of a disabled person and refuse to deal with the issue I have now reported this to an independent blog site in order that some 5000 plus visitors today can see the heartless and unhelpful way in which you carry out your duties as an MP

Re: SLR/RWBFest09 1 August 2009

Dear xxxxxxxxxxx
Thank you for your email that I received recently concerning the Red, White and Blue Festival to be held 14-16 August 2009 at The Bungalow, Codnor Denby Lane, Denby Village, Derbyshire.

I would again reiterate that there is a strong Parliamentary rule that forbids an MP to take up issues on behalf of people living outside the constituency. and I do not reply to emails from non-constituents. In any case I receive so many emails each week that it would be impossible to do so without neglecting my constituents who are the people to whom I am responsible. However as I note that you are coming to Amber Valley for this event I am replying to your email on this occasion.

I am unsure why you have directed your comments at me when this has always been a private event held on the land of Mr Alan Warner.

Despite the fact that this will be the third time the event has taken place against the wishes of the Police and Amber Valley Borough Council who have written to Mr Warner several times giving specific reasons why they consider this is not a suitable venue due to the closeness of the venue to residents and shops – and therefore specifically due to some of the observations concerning regulations and safety aspects in your email – the event is still going ahead.

In answer to your concern about security of the event in relation to yourself and your colleague, I understand this will be policed in a responsible and proportionate manner. However you would need to take up the matter of damage with Mr Warner who is hosting the event and is therefore responsible for putting the correct measures in place to ensure the security and safety of those wishing to attend.

As you will be aware as the owner of a campervan there are rules already in place for private and commercial use about the number of caravans and campervans allowed on an area and it is up to the owner to apply through the usual channels to extend this.

Yours sincerely

Judy Mallaber MP

Yes I received the reply avoiding any answer and attempting to pass the blame onto the landowner. I have also uncovered Judy Links to the communist party and also aware of the fact she was a guest speaker at last years anti-BNP rally in Codnor so to expect any help from her was pretty pointless in hindsight, however thank you for showing your real intentions and airing your contempt for a disabled person for the world to see.

The upcoming general election will provide an opportunity for the electorate in Amber valley to decide what kind of people they wish to represent them in future.

And that is it. You are all upto speed on the wriggling Red Worm of the Amber Valley, whose Labour majority in the last election was 5,275 votes, despite the area being a normally solid conservative seat.

Looks as though those emails, i suspect, may well cost the communist Mallaber her seat come the next general election. The removal of a communist pig from Parliament is always good news.
